Rib it

I've never made ribs in my life but it's on the menu this weekend. Someday I will smoke them but with snow and temps in the 20s, not this weekend. So I plan to make them in the oven. Any ideas out there for how to prepare them??

While I might be cursed by others, my favorite way to fix ribs is to boil them for 45 minutes, then grill them for 5 minutes. I make a sauce of hoisen, plum sauce and bbq sauce. They are delicious!
