Pool opening!

Yes, it's an above-ground pool, but it promises hours of enjoyment for the grandkids, and truth be known, for us too. Bret helped Dale set it up tonight with Luke looking on.

Luke is officially the first one in the pool.

We got one of those last year - probably the next smaller one (with the inflatable ring around the top instead of the PVC bars), and we love it. You'll really like floating around on a raft reading which is how I spent most of the 100-degree days last summer!

jill, we've had a smaller version the past three years and you're exactly right about floating around on a raft while reading (and sipping a cool one!)
